Yoga Club

Playful yoga poses, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques are explored through music, art, books, and educational and sensory elements to create a unique learning experience! Our cooperative games, themed activities, storytelling, music and art engage the natural energy of children. Yoga provides mind and body balancing techniques, including relaxation and stress reduction, increase concentration and improve mental activity.

Yoga club is being offered on Mondays OR Thursdays from 2:30 – 3:30 pm.  Monday class begins October 25th and ends on December 13th.  Thursday Class begins October 14th and ends on December 16th.

Late registrations are accepted and program costs will be prorated based on when your child starts attending.

There will be no classes during the week of  October 18th (during early release) and no classes during the week of November 22nd (Thanksgiving Break).
